Today we are excited to report that Constellation will be launching their highly anticipated mainnet on Wednesday 29 April at 6am UTC. This is estimated to occur at Ethereum block height 9966936.
As part of the mainnet launch there will be a freeze on all trading activity on KuCoin to give the Constellation team time to complete the final integration and complete the token swap. The duration of this process is unknown and is estimated to take anywhere up to 48 hours. You can keep up to date by following the live updates on the Constellation Twitter account.
This mainnet launch is set to be one of the most pivotal moments in the history of Constellation. Countless hours of work have gone into this vision to create a network specifically designed to redefine what data interoperability means. This network is aiming to create a new paradigm of big data and machine learning.
To celebrate the launch of Hypergraph the Constellation team will be hosting a remote zoom session and everyone is invited. Take this opportunity to commemorate this huge milestone with the team and toast to the beginning of a new world of data interoperability.
In true Constellation fashion, the grind never stops. There will be a Constellation AMA hosted with KuCoin on May 7. Within this session Constellation will be announcing a new partnership which has been in the works for 6+ months. It is a public commercial partner that is looking to step into the blockchain world. As such, Constellation is going to be their first and default blockchain partner.
The past seven months have been very hectic for the team. Besides the substantial amount of work put into gearing up towards the mainnet launch, the team has been working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and Air Force to further their visions. Constellation has been working with stakeholders from various Government agencies, establishing Constellation as a standard for how data is securely transferred between devices and infrastructures. It has been their focus to establish use cases with multiple DOD agencies and as a result of this effort there has been interest from multiple of these agencies to adopt this standard. Stay tuned throughout the next few months to find out more about Constellation’s upcoming work with the DOD.
